Truth be Told the Business

She is clothed in strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future. She opens her mouth with wisdom, and the teaching of kindness is on her tongue.  Proverbs 31:25-26. I partnered with my mother to bring to you Truth be Told the business. Truth be told was created with the idea of encouraging women’s wellness. Coming Soon!!

Wellness is the act of practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to attain better physical and mental health outcomes, so that instead of just surviving, you’re thriving.

Truth be told is all about encouraging women to be well in all things: her body, her mind, her spirit, her home, her family, her community, and God’s earth. It shows us the importance of living in God’s truth rather than the truth we try to build for ourselves around comfort, the need for admiration, and confirmation from those around us. “Sometimes, the only way to evolve is to allow ourselves to see the truth.” Truth be told is a judgment-free space that encourages and allows women from all generations to be heard… to be transparent… to practice self-growth and self-love with each other in hopes of building camaraderie. Letting women know they are not alone. Under all of your roles, you still matter.

Truth be Told offers more than just the podcast and blog. It is a way for women to actively practice wellness with secrets we’ve learned.
